Abstract
En elektronisk utstyrsmodul omfatter: A. i det minste én elektronisk innretning, f.eks. en solcelle, og B. et polymert materiale i intim kontakt med i det minste én overflate av den elektroniske innretning, idet det polymere materialet omfatter en etylen multiblokk kopolymer. Typisk er polyolefinmaterialet en etylen multiblokk kopolymer med en densitet på mindre enn omtrent 0,90 gram per kubikkcentimeter (g/cm3). Det polymere materialet kan fullstendig innkapsle den elektroniske innretning, eller det kan være laminert til en hovedoverflate av innretningen. Eventuelt kan det polymere materialet ytterligere omfatte en anvulkaniseringsinhibitor, og kopolymeren kan forbli ikke-tverrbundet eller den kan være tverrbundet.
