Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for å fremstille en multiplisitet av mikrofluidiske innretninger (1) fra en plateformet sammensatt struktur, hvori hver innretning omfatter en fordypningsstruktur (4) som danner strømnings-kanaler og hvis dimensjoner er i mikrometer-området. Linjene (6) for den eventuelle påfølgende mekaniske separering av bro-fordypningsstruktene (4) er forbundet med hverandre og er delvis eller fullstendig fylt med et fyll-medium (7) før mekanisk bearbeiding. Mediet (7) er valgt slik at det ikke fjernes fra fordypningsstrukturene (4) ved enten den mekaniske bearbeiding eller ved hjelpemidler som anvendes under mekanisk bearbeiding. Etterpå fjernes imidlertid fyll-mediet (7) fra fordypningsstrukturene (4) ved hjelp av passende midler. Fordypningsstrukturene (4) forhindres derved fra blokkering på grunn av mekaniske kontaminanter. En forstøver som tilveiebringes med dyse-innretningen er også foreslått.
