Abstract
В заявке описан способ изготовления из пластинчатого композитного полуфабриката множества микрофлюидных устройств (1), каждое из которых имеет систему канавок (4), которые образуют проточные каналы и размеры которых предпочтительно лежат в микрометровом диапазоне. Канавки (4), системы которых примыкают одна к другой по линиям (6), вдоль которых от пластинчатого композитного полуфабриката путем его механической обработки в последующем отделяют индивидуальные микрофлюидные устройства, перед механической обработкой частично или полностью заполняют заполнителем (7). Подобный заполнитель (7) выбирают таким образом, чтобы он оставался в канавках (4) как во время самой механической обработки, так и при воздействии на него используемых при механической обработке вспомогательных веществ. После же механической обработки заполнитель соответствующим путем вновь удаляют из канавок (4). Заполнение канавок (4) заполнителем препятствует их загрязнению во время механической обработки. В заявке описан также распылитель с изготовленным предлагаемым в изобретении способом сопловым устройством.
