Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte og en anordning for understøttelse av endene av en motstandstråd ved fremstil- ling av elektrisk -varmesveisbare plastrørdeler i en sprøy- testøpeform. I fremgangsmåten blir en elektrisk oppvarmet motstandstråd (4) viklet rundt kjernen (1), endene av mot- standstråden (4) blir forbundet med stifter (5,6), tapper (9,10) monteres i utsparinger (hull) (7,8) anordnet i kjer- nen (1), og stiftene (5,6) understøttes mot kjernen (1) ved hjelp av tapper (9,10) forbundet med dem. I henhold til oppfinnelsen blir en styrehylse (11,12) anbragt i- kontakt med hver tapp (9,10) og den tilhørende stift (5,6), hver styrehylse (11,12) understøttes i en utsparing (13,14) til- veiebragt i støpeformen (2), et elastisk kraftorgan så som en fjær (15,16) anbringes til å virke mot hver styrehylse (11,12) slik at dets holdekraft presser styrehylsen, stif- ten og tappen i stilling mot kjernen (l), sprøytestøpeope- rasjonen startes ved innføring av sprøytestøpemasse rundt kjernen (l) i støpehulrommet (3) på i og for seg kjent må- te, hvorved, når sprøytestøpemassen når hver tapp (9,10) vil plasttrykket løfte tappen (9,10), stiften (5,6) og sty- rehylsen (11,12) fra kjernen (1) mot holdekraften av kraft- organet, så som en fjær (15,16), og etter spraytestøpingen blir kjernen (1) trukket ut av kappen (2), kappen (2) in- klusive styrehylsen (11,12) åpnes, og den ferdige rørdel fjernes fra sprøytestøpeformen.
