Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу и устройству для поддерживания концов проволоки сопротивления при изготовлении в литейной пресс-форме пластмассовых фитингов, соединяемых с трубами электросваркой. Предназначенную для электронагрева проволоку 4 сопротивления навивают на стержень 1, концы проволоки 4 присоединяют к штырям 5, 6, пальцы 9, 10 устанавливают в углублениях (отверстиях) 7, 8, выполненных в стержне 1, причем штыри 5, 6 поддерживаются на стержне 1 при помощи соединенных с ними пальцев 9, 10. Направляющую втулку 11, 12 устанавливают в контакте с каждым пальцем 9, 10 и соединенным с ним штырем 5, 6. Каждая направляющая втулка 11, 12 установлена в отверстии 13, 14, выполненном в оболочке 2 литейной пресс-формы. Упругий силовой орган, например пружина 15, 16, установлен для оказания давления на каждую направляющую втулку 11, 12, штырь и палец по направлению к стержню 1. Процесс литья под давлением начинают путем введения впрыскиваемого формовочного состава в пространство 3 формовки вокруг стержня 1 известным методом. Когда вводимый формовочный состав доходит до каждого пальца 9, 10, давление пластмассы поднимает палец 9, 10, штырь 5, 6 и направляющую втулку 11, 12 в направлении от стержня 1 против силы упругости пружины 15, 16. После окончания литья из оболочки 2 вытаскивают стержень, оболочку 2, содержащую направляющие втулки 11, 12, раскрывают и готовый фитинг извлекают из пресс-формы.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
