Anordning ved svinghengsel.
foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en anordning ved svinghengsel
for vindusrammer som kan svinge omtrent en halv omdreining om minst en tapp, hvor hengslet består av et vinduskarm-beslag og et vindusramme-beslag som er svingbart forbundet med vinduskarm-beslaget og hvor karmbeslaget i sin stilling på vinduskarmen rager med et lager-parti inn i det rom hvor vinduet er anbragt.
Ved hjelp av hengslet i henhold til oppfinnelsen for vinduer
som er opphengt om vannrette tapper er det mulig å oppnå en svingning på omtrent 180° fra lukket stilling til en stilling hvor den side av vindusglasset som normalt vender utover lett er tilgjengelig for pussing. Sen omsvingede stilling av vindus-rammen kalles derfor nedenfor også pussestillingen. Av blant Kfr. kl. 68c-l
annet estetiske grunner der er det ønskelig at dekklisten i stengestillingen for vinduet slutter tett til hengsel-beslagene samtidig som dog listen, når rammen svinger til pussestilling, ikke sleper mot den flate på karm-beslaget som vender mot rommet.
Dette formål er tilfredstillet i henhold til oppfinnelsen ved
at lager-partiet er forsynt med et fremspring e.l. som, når vindusrammen er i lukket stilling slutter seg nær til en nærliggende endeflate på en dekk-list som på kjent måte er anordnet for å dekke en nærliggende fuge mellom vinduskarmen og vindusrammen og som er anordnet slik at når vindusrammen er svinget fra lukkestilling en vinkel som er liten i forhold til en halv omdreining, vil den nevnte endelfate på dekk-listen komme i en sådan stilling at det foreligger et mellomrom mellom endeflaten og den flate på lagerpartiet som vender mot rommet under den videre, mulige svingebevegelse av vindus-rammen. Fremspringet kan herunder være utført i ett stykke med vindus-karmbeslaget, men kan også med fordel være utformet på et bånd eller et hylster som fortrinnsvis består av plast og som omslutter den side av karm-beslaget som vender innover mot rommet og eventuelt også en karmbeslag-side som danner en vinkel med denne side, og som er vendt bort fra vindusrammebeslaget. Hensiktsmessig er også den side av vindusrammebeslaget som vender innover mot rommet forsynt med et fremspring som er innrettet til, når vinduet er lukket, å slutte seg til den nærliggende endeflate på dekk-listen ved siden av karm-beslaget. Også fremspringet på vindusramme-beslaget kan være båret av et bånd eller et hylster som fortrinnsvis er utført av plast og som omslutter den side av vindusbuebeslaget som rager inn i rommet og eventuelt en side av vindusramme-beslaget som danner en vinkel med denne side og som er vendt bort fra karm-beslaget.
Oppfinnelsen skal nå beskrives nærmere under henvisning til et par utførelsesformer for anordningen i henhold til oppfinnelsen, tilpasset hengsel for vinduer som er opphengt som vannrette tapper.
Pig. 1 og 2 viser sideriss av et gangjern i hovedtrekk og forsynt med en anordning i henhold til en utførelsesform for oppfinnelsen og anordnet i forbindelse med et vindu som i fig. 1 er vist lukket og i fig. 2 i ventilasjonsstilling.
Pig. 3 og 4 viser i litt større målestokk den annen utførelses-
form og er perspektivriss med vinduet i de stillinger som til-
svarer fig. 1 og 2.
På tegningen betegner 10 vinduskarmen og 11 vindusrammen som er
hengt opp på karmen ved hjelp av et hengsel ved hver av de loddrette karmøide-stykker. Set hengsel som er vist som eksempel på tegningen er vist bare i sine viktigste deler og er av den type som er beskrevet i norsk patentskrift nr. 89.948. Sette hengsel består av to samvirkende hoveddeler, nemlig et vinduskarm-beslag som i sin helhet er betegnet Å og et vindusramme-
be slag som i sin helhet er betegnet B. Karmbeslaget A har to lagerskåler 12 og 13 som er dannet av bunnen av hvert sitt spor 14, henhv. 15 som er åpne oppover og som er skilt fra hverandre ved hjelp av et parti 16 som smalner av oppover på beslaget A. Midtlinjen 15' i sporet 15* som har sentrum midt i lagerskålen
12, går gjennom midten av lagerskålen 13 og forløper i det minste delvis slik at lagerskålen 13 ligger innenfor det loddrette plan som faller sammen med den loddrette side 17 som vender innover mot rommet på karmen. Innover mot rommet er karm-beslaget be-grenset av en bueformet beslagvegg 18', hvis ytre flate som vender innover mot rommet er i det vesentlige konsentrisk med sporet 15 over lagerskålen 13* Beslaget A omfatter en plate 19
for feste til den side av karmen 10 som vender mot vindusrammen 11.
Rammebeslaget B omfatter en plate 20 for feste av beslaget til
den side av vindusrammen som vender mot karmen og med to vann-
rette hengseltapper 21 henhv. 22 som rager ut fra platen mot hver sin lagerskål 12 henhv. 13. Se to tapper 21 barer vindus-rammen i lukket stilling, fig. 1, mens hengsel-tappene 21 og 22 hviler i hver sin lagerskål 12 henhv. 13 i en forutbestemt ventilasjonsstilling som er vist i fig. 2. Hvis rammen skal svinges fra denne stilling til pussestilling, vil hele vekten av vinduet opptas av tappene 22 og i hvert hengsel blir tappen 21 ved denne
■ringning fert ut gjennom en åpning 23 ovenfor den øvre kant 24
av beslagveggen 18.
På hvert av de loddrette sidestykker av rammen er det ovenfor hengslet festet en dekklist 25 som når vinduet er lukket ligger mot det nærliggende loddrette karmside-stykke 10. Den nedre endeflate 26 på denne list skal, når vinduet er lukket, slutte seg så nær som mulig til den øvre ende av den del av karm-beslaget som ligger innenfor planet for flaten 17. Dette er ønskelig av estetiske grunner. Por å oppnå dette er det på den øvre ende av karmbeslag-delen anordnet et fremspring 27
aom danner en ansats på den bueformede beslag-del 18 og er omtrent like stor i omkretsretningen som den nedre endeflate 26 på dekklisten 25, fig. 1. I en retning som er parallell med leddtappene 21 og 22 har fremspringet en utagning 28, jfr. spesielt fig. 4, som danner en fortsettelse av åpningen 23 ved den øvre kant av den bueformede beslag-del 18 og som, når vindusrammen omstilles til pussestilling gjør det mulig for leddtappen 21 å gå ut gjennom åpningen 23 og uttagningen 28.
Fremspringet 27 kan være utformet i ett stykke med karm-beslag A. Det medfører dog visse fordeler hvis den, som vist på tegningen, er utformet på en særlig dekkdel som er festet på karm-beslaget og som hensiktsmessig er utført av plast. I den ut-førelsesform som er vist i fig. 1 og 2 utgjøres denne dekkdel av et bånd 29 som er festet på den bueformede del 18 av karm-beslaget som rager innover mot rommet.
Som vist i fig. 3 og 4 utgjør fremspringet 27 i stedet et parti av et hylser som med et parti 29 dekker den bueformede flate på karm-beslaget A som vender innover mot rommet og med et parti 30 dekker.en sideflate av karm-beslaget som ligger i rommet, idet denne sideflate danner en vinkel med delen 18 og er vendt bort fra vindusramme-beslaget B.
Som vist i fig. 1 og 3 vil den nedre endeflate 26 på dekklisten 25 i lukkestilling berøre eller være meget nær fremspringet 27, og som vist i fig. 2 og 4 vil, når vinduet svinges til pussestilling dekklisten, etter en liten svingevinkel i forhold til den totale mulige svingevinkel på ca. 180°, miste den eventuelle berøring med fremspringet og deretter under hele resten av svingebevegelsen befinne seg i betryggende avstand fra karm-beslaget slik at endeflaten 26 på listen 25 ikke kan slepe mot den bueformede flate som vender innover mot rommet på beslagdelen 18 henhv. dekkdelen 29.

Også det beslag B som er festet til vindusrammen 11 er hensiktsmessig forsynt med et band på den kantflate 33 på platen 20 som vender innover mot rommet og dette bånd er ved den ende som ligger øverst når vindusrammen er lukket forsynt med et fremspring 32 med omtrent samme høyde som fremspringet 27. Dette bånd utgjør hensiktsmessig et parti av en dekkdel som hensiktsmessig er utført av plast, og som også dekker den sideflate på beslagplaten 20 som danner en vinkel mot flaten 33 fra karm-beslaget A og som befinner seg i rommet.
Plastoverdrag på de flater på karm- og ramme-beslagene som er nevnt ovenfor er hensiktsmessig også ut fra det synspunkt at disse beslag-flater derved til en viss grad er beskyttet mot korrosjon og, hvis sådan korrosjon allikevel skulle opptre vil slike sjenerende korrosjonsflekker, som for den største del er uten betydning av praktiske grunner, bli skjult.
Selv om oppfinnelsen ovenfor er beskrevet tilpasset et hengsel med to tapper, er det intet til hinder for at den kan tilpasses også andre hengsler som eksempelvis bare har en tapp. Videre kan hengsler med anordningen i henhold til oppfinnelsen også brukes for vinduer som kan svinge om loddrette akser.
Plast-dekkdelene 29*30,31 kan festes til beslagene A og B ved hjelp av Bvalehalespor og tilsvarende lister eller andre hen-siktsmessige festeorganer, f.eks. tapper på dekkdelene og tilsvarende hull i beslagene.
Claims (5)
1. Anordning ved svinghengsel for vindusrammer som kan svinge omtrent en halv omdreining om minst en akseltapp, hvor hengslet består av et vinduskara-beslag og et vindusramme-be slag som er svingbart forbundet med vinduskarm-beslaget,
og hvor karmbeslaget i sin stilling på vinduskarmen rager med et lagerparti inn i det rom hvor vinduet er anordnet, karakterisert ved at lagerpartiet (18) er forsynt med et fremspring (27) e.l. som når vindusrammen er lukket slutter seg nær til en nærliggende endeflate (26) av en dekklist (25) på vindusrammen som på kjent måte er anordnet for å dekke en nærliggende fuge mellom vinduskarmen og vindus-rammen og som er innrettet slik at når vindusrammen er svinget fra lukkestilling en liten vinkel i forhold til en halv omdreining vil endeflaten (26) på dekklisten (25) komme i en slik stilling at det foreligger et mellomrom mellom endeflaten og den flate på lagerpartiet (18) som vender Innover mot rommet under den eventuelle videre svingebevegelse av vindusranmen.
2. Anordning som angitt i krav 1, karakterisert ved at fremspringet (27) er utformet i ett stykke med vindus-karmbeslaget.
3. Anordning som angitt i krav 1, karakterisert ved at fremspringet (27) er utformet på et bånd eller et hylster (29,30) som fortrinnsvis består av plast og som omslutter den side av karm-beslaget(A)som vender innover mot rommet og eventuelt også en karm-beslagside som danner en vinkel med denne side og som er vendt bort fra vindusramme-beslaget.
4. Anordning som angitt i krav 1-3, karakterisert ved at også den side av vindusramme-beslaget (B) som vender innover mot rommet er forsynt med et fremspring (32) som er innrettet til, når vinduet er lukket, å slutte seg til den nærliggende endeflate på dekklisten ved siden av fremspringet (27) på vinduskarm-beslaget (A).
5. Anordning som angitt i krav 4, karakterisert ved at fremspringet (32) på vindusramme-beslaget (B) bæres av et bånd eller hylster (31) som fortrinnsvis består av plast og som omslutter den side av vindusramme-beslaget som rager inn i rommet og eventuelt en side av vindusramme-beslaget som danner en vinkel med denne side, idet denne side vender fra karm-beslaget (A).
