Abstract
Description
Tildoseringen foregår derved i den strømnedad plasserte reaktordel over ledning 3.
Den utskilte eter til-bakeføres over ledning 3 i prosessen.
Fig. 2 er et anvendelseseksempel for en sumpreaktor 14.
Sammenli2ningseksemp_el_l
Over ledning 8 ble det pr. time dannet 583 kg vandig IPA
Eksemgel_3
Katalysatorytelsen utgjorde 2,15 mol IPA/1 kat . h. Eterdannelsen lå ved 1,0%.
Eksemp_el_4
Sammenligningseksempel_5_
I sumpreaktoren 14 av 13,5 m lengde og 5 cm<2> fri tverrsnitts-flate, som var fylt med 6,75 1 "Amberlite" 252, en sterkt sur kationutvekslerharpiks, ble det over ledning 12 pr. time til-dosert 2000 g vann og over ledning 11 527 g av en 98,9% n-butenholdig C^-snitt samt 8270 g av en 90%-ig buten-recycle-strøm. Trykket i reatoren utgjorde 60 bar.
Ved denne forsøksinnstilling fremkom tilsammen pr. time
Eksermoel_5
Eksemp<el_6>
Eksempel 5 ble gjentatt med den forholdsregel at den over ledning 13 tildoserte mengde DIBE ble øket til 1140 g pr. time. Parallelt dertil kunne friskgassinnmatingen settes ned til pr. time 437 g.
