Abstract
Se describe una antena tipo antena de RF Paralela Invertida "F" (PIFA) (101) que es util para la incorporacion a dispositivos inalambricos construidos con tecnicas de manufacturacion automatizada. La antena PIFA (101) incluye un primer brazo (102) y un segunda brazo paralelo (104) conectado mediante un puente conductor (106). Un dispositivo de alimentacion de RF (108) esta unido a un extremo del primer brazo (102) y se utiliza para montar fisica y electricamente la antena PIFA (101). Un extremo opuesto de la antena PIFA (101) incluye una estructura de soporte (150) que provee estabilidad y soporte de la antena PIFA compacta (101) durante la construccion de un circuito impreso en el cual esta montada. El soporte de extremo (150) esta disenado para minimizar el uso de material aislante para minimizar los efectos dielectricos sobre el patron de radiacion de los elementos conductores de la antena PIFA compacta (101) todo mientras se lleva al maximo la estabilidad mecanica del componente durante las operaciones de fabricacion secundarias.
