Abstract
Un proceso para concurrentemente fraccionar e hidrotratar una corriente de nafta de gama completa. La corriente de nafta de gama de ebullicion completa se somete a la hidrodesulfuracion y separacion simultaneas en una nafta de gama de ebullicion ligera y una nafta de gama de ebullicion pesada, que se han tratado para convertir mercaptanos en las fracciones a H2S, que es separada con y separada de la nafta ligera que ademas es hidrodesulfurada al poner en contacto la nafta de gama de ebullicion ligera con hidrogeno en flujo a contracorriente en un lecho fijo de catalizador de hidrodesulfuracion para remover los mercaptanos recombinantes que se forman mediante la reaccion inversa de H2S con olefinas en la nafta durante la hidrodesulfuracion inicial, en donde la mejora comprende fraccionar la porcion de nafta de gama de ebullicion ligera para remover una fraccion mas ligera de la misma del reactor de flujo a contracorriente antes del contacto de la fraccion mas ligera con el catalizador de lecho fijo, debido a que la fraccion mas ligera esta sustancialmente libre de mercaptanos y no es beneficiada por el tratamiento adicional.
