Abstract

Una red inalambrica fija esta definida por un portal nacional (102) que se comunica con un dispositivo de interfase de red (108) localizado en vehiculos dentro de un area fija previamente definida (112); los dispositivos de interfase de red permiten la transferencia de la ubicacion del vehiculo relacionada con las mediciones del portal nacional (102) cuando el vehiculo esta dentro del area fija previamente definida (112); cuando el vehiculo transita fuera del area previamente definida (112), se obtienen las mediciones mediante un Sistema de posicionamiento global (GPS) dentro del vehiculo (106) y son almacenadas en la base de datos de registro (110); las mediciones obtenidas son entonces cargadas desde la base de datos de registro (110) al portal nacional (102) utilizando los dispositivos de interfase de red cuando el vehiculo regresa al area fija previamente definida (112); las mediciones adicionalmente pueden ser cargadas desde el portal nacional a un sistema de ubicacion de servicio basado en red (105); la medicion puede incluir informacion de mantenimiento, velocidad o uso del vehiculo.
