Abstract

Se describe un metodo para elaborar oxido de etileno poniendo en contacto una alimentacion del reactor de epoxidacion que puede comprende etileno, oxigeno, y una concentracion de dioxido de carbono con un catalizador de epoxidacion de alta selectividad. Contacto de la alimentacion del reactor de epoxidacion se condujo bajo condiciones de reaccion de epoxidacion para asi mejorar el desempeno del catalizador de epoxidacion de alta selectividad. Una baja concentracion de dioxido de carbono en la alimentacion del reactor de epoxidacion contribuye al perfeccionamiento del desempeno catalitico del catalizador de epoxidacion de alta selectividad al mejorar, por ejemplo, la estabilidad, selectividad y actividad del catalizador.
