Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un cursor de anillo (10) para maquinas hiladoras de anillo, o retorcedora de anillo, con un nucleo (20) que consiste de un material ferroso, una capa de cobertura (24) que esta acomodada sobre al menos algunas partes del nucleo. La capa de cobertura (24) en este caso contiene carburo de vanadio, carbonitruro de titanio o nitruro de cromo cristalino fino. Como resultado de la capa de cobertura, el cursor de anillo de acuerdo a la invencion tiene buena resistencia a la abrasion y resistencia a la corrosion.
