Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a espumas viscoelasticas y elastomeros basados en un sistema de reaccion que comprende una composicion de poliisocianato monomerico, una mezcla especifica de polioles, y un paquete especifico de aditivos. Los materiales viscoelasticos ofrecen combinaciones superiores de propiedades fisicas, incluyendo sorprendentemente los conjuntos de compresion baja. Las espumas viscoelasticas muy suaves y los elastomeros microcelulares pueden estar preparados convenientemente del sistema de reaccion sin la necesidad de usar plastificantes. El sistema de reaccion se puede procesar en articulos polimericos utiles usando una variedad amplia de metodos de procesamiento convencionales de poliuretano.
