Abstract

"POLìMERO à BASE DE ISOCIANATO EM FORMA DE ESPUMA COM PROPRIEDADES DE DUREZA APERFEIçOADAS E PROCESSO PARA SUA PRODUçãO". Em um de seus aspectos, a presente invenção se refere a um polímero à base de isocianato em forma de espuma, derivado de uma mistura de reação que compreende um isocianato, um composto contendo hidrogênio ativo, uma macromolécula dendrìtica e um agente de insuflação, em que pelo menos 15% em peso da macromolécula dendrítica podem ser misturados com um poliéter poliol com um número de OH de menos de cerca de 40 mg de KOH/g, para formar um líquido estável a 23<198>C. A macromolécula dendrítica confere caracteristicas vantajosas de aumento de carga ao polímero à base de isocianato em forma de espuma e pode ser usada para substituir parcial ou completamente o uso de polióis copoliméricos convencionalmente usados. Também são descritos um processo para a produção de um polímero à base de isocianato em forma de espuma e um processo para conferir propriedades de aumento de carga a um polímero à base de isocianato em forma de espuma.
