Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A FORMAçãO DE UMA ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO EM PLACA, E, ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO EM PLACA". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a formação de uma espuma de poliuretano em placa flexível tendo características de resiliência e de deflexão de força de entalhamento substancialmente aperfeiçoadas, ao mesmo tempo em que as outras propriedades físicas são mantidas. O método compreende os estágios de reagir um triol polioxialquileno poliéter poliol tendo uma pluralidade de blocos internos formados a partir de monómeros de oxialquileno com uma pluralidade de capeamentos terminais compreendendo óxido de etileno ligado à referida pluralidade de blocos internos, os blocos internos contendo, pelo menos, 80%, em peso, de óxido de propileno, com base no peso total de todos os oxialquilenos nos referidos blocos internos e a quantidade de óxido de etileno nos capeamentos terminais compreendendo de 5 a 25%, em peso, com base no peso total do poliol, o referido poliol tendo um grau de insaturação menor do que ou igual a 0,015 meq/g de KOH com um componente de poliisocianato, na presença de um catalisador e água como um agente de sopro em um nível entre 3 a 7%, em peso.
