Abstract

Un metodo de extraccion de ARN de sistema biologicos (celulas, fragmentos de celulas, organelos, tejidos, organos u organismos) se presenta en donde una solucion que contiene ARN se pone en contacto con un substrato al cual se puede unir el ARN; el ARN es retirado del substrato al aplicar una presion negativa; la etapa de centrifugacion no excede los treinta segundos; preferiblemente, el ARN es diluido antes de la filtracion y una o mas etapas de lavado se pueden usar para retirar elementos de interferencia; en tal metodo, excepto para las etapas de division y secado de ADN, la centrifugacion no se realiza durante la etapa de extraccion.
