Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un dispositivo (1) para tratamiento termico continuo de materiales granulados, especialmente para cristalizacion de granulado de polimero, tal como polietilentereftalato (PET), por ejemplo. El dispositivo comprende varias camaras de fluidizacion adyacentes (2, 3, 4, 5, 6), respectivamente proporcionadas con una placa de tamiz (11) a traves de la cual un gas de fluidizacion empleado para fluidizar una placa de tamiz a traves de la cual un gas de fluidizacion empleado para fluidizar el granulado, puede insuflarse en la camara respectiva por debajo mediante una entrada de gas (9), el gas puede escapar a traves de una salida de gas (10) en el area superior del dispositivo. La primer camara (2) ocupa la mayor parte del volumen total de todas las camaras (2 , 3, 4, 5, 6) y las camaras vecinas respectivamente se conectan fluidamente mediante aberturas de flujo pasante de producto (18, 19, 20, 21, 28,29, 30, 31) en las paredes de separacion (14, 15, 16, 17) dispuestas entre ellas. De acuerdo con el metodo de la invencion, utilizando el dispositivo de la invencion (1), el material granulado se guia a traves de varias camaras de fluidizacion adyacentes ( 2 , 3, 4, 5, 6), el nivel de llenado absoluto del material de granulacion fluidizado en la primer camara (2), cuando menos estan alto como el nivel de llenado absoluto de las otras camaras adyacentes (3, 4, 5, 6) dispuestas corriente abajo de ahi.
