Abstract

La presente invencion esta dirigida a un metodo de desulfuracion de un liquido de hidrocarburo cargado con azufre que comprende poner en contacto el liquido con una aleacion de metal de niquel esponjosa, remover el liquido libre de azufre, regeneracion de la aleacion mediante contacto con una solucion acuosa de un oxidante y reutilizar la aleacion para desulfuracion del liquido cargado con azufre adicional.
