Abstract
El liquido que va a ser atomizado es suministrado a partir de una mecha (32) a la parte inferior de la placa de orificio vibratoria (14) la cual bombea el liquido hacia arriba a traves de los orificios de atomizacion (20) de la placa, y expulsa el liquido desde su lado superior; y el liquido que es bombeado hacia arriba a traves de los orificios en una region elevada de la placa, pero que no ha sido expulsado, se vuelve a dirigir hacia abajo a traves de las aberturas mas grandes (22) en la region inferior de la placa. El liquido tambien vuelve a fluir en la mecha la cual coloca el liquido en comunicacion capilar a lo largo del lado inferior de la placa con los orificios de atomizacion para volverlo a bombear y expulsarlo.
