Abstract

La invencion proporciona un metodo para preparar bebidas calientes elaborando una sustancia particulada extraible por medio de agua. Por lo tanto, la sustancia recibida en la camara de elaboracion es elaborada por agua de elaboracion que tiene una temperatura superior al punto de ebullicion normal del agua, de manera preferible de 110 degree a 130 degree C, pero aun en estado fluido. De este modo, la bebida elaborada es enfriada a una temperatura inferior al punto de ebullicion normal del agua antes de que fluya hacia una salida de bebida. Una ventaja significativa de este metodo es que la sustancia es extraida de manera mucho mas eficiente. Para el enfriamiento de la bebida asi elaborada, se utiliza preferiblemente un intercambiador de calor a traves del cual agua potable de elaboracion aun no caliente fluye para enfriar esta.
