Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un clasificador para clasificar el material que se origina en la produccion de papel, carton y similares, particularmente para clasificar pulpa mecanica, pulpa quimica, con un cesto de clasificacion (2) y un rotor (300) el cual esta formado en gran parte como una parabola de revolucion o es conico o cilindrico, que soporta varias cuchillas (3,3??), las cuales pueden moverse a lo largo de la pared del cesto de clasificacion (2) cuando el rotor gira, donde las cuchillas (3,3??) tienen curvatura convexa en el lado (30,30??) que esta al frente del cesto de clasificacion. El clasificador esta caracterizado porque el espacio radial (ar) es el mas bajo entre el sector frontal (31) visto en la direccion de rotacion (dr), de la superficie (30,30??) de la cuchilla tipo placa (3,3) que esta al frente del cesto de clasificacion y el cesto de clasificacion (2), y por el espacio que se incrementa hacia el borde trasero t (339) de la cuchilla (3,3??) . La presente invencion tambien se refiere a una cuchilla (3,3??) para este tipo de clasificador.
