Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un proceso para la preparacion de alfa-w-aminonitrilos alifáticos mediante la hidrogenacion parcial de alfa-w-dinitrilos alifáticos a temperaturas elevadas y presion atmosférica en presencia de un solvente y de un catalizador, el proceso comprende el uso de un catalizador el cual (a) contiene un compuesto basado en un metal que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en níquel, cobalto, hierro, rutenio y rodio, y (b) contiene de 0.01 a 25% por peso, con base en (a), de un promotor basado en un metal que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en paladio, platino, iridio, osmio, cobre, plata, oro, cromo, molibdeno, tungsteno, manganeso, renio, zinc, cadmio, plomo, aluminio, estaño, fosforo, arsénico, antimonio, bismuto, silicio titanio, circonio y metales de tierras raras, y (c) de 0 a 5% por peso con base en (a), de un compuesto basado en un metal alcalino o un metal alcalinotérreo, con la condicion de que el componente (a) no esté basado en hierro o hierro y uno de los metales que se seleccionan del grupo consiste en cobalto, rutenio y rodio, cuando (b) sea un promotor basado en un metal que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en titanio, manganeso, cromo y molibdeno, y además con la condicion de que, cuando un compuesto basado solo en rutenio o rodio o rutenio y rodio o níquel y rodio sea seleccionado como componente (a), el promotor (b) puede, si se desea, omitirse.
