Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un método para la preparacion estereoselectiva de un enantiomero de alcohol hetero-bícilico, caracterizado además porque un enantiomero sustancialmente puro de la formula general: (Ver Formula); en donde X es O, S, NH o N- (alquilo de C1-C4); Y1 y Y2 son cada una independientemente hidrogeno o sustituyentes seleccionados de halogeno, alquilo de C1-C4; alcoxilo de C1-C4, haloalquilo de C1-C4, formilo, nitro y ciano; el átomo C* tiene ya sea la configuracion R o S; es preparado de un compuesto de la formula general (Ver Formula); en donde: R1 es hidrogeno o un grupo protector adecuado y R2 es hidrogeno, o en donde R1 y R2 juntos forman un puente de metileno opcionalmente mono- o di- alquilo C1-C3 sustituido por medio de los siguientes pasos de reaccion sucesivos (i) reaccion con un compuesto de la formula general (Ver Formula); en donde Z es un grupo hidroxilo o un grupo de partida adecuado; R3 es un grupo protector hidroxilo; R4 es un átomo de halogeno, o en donde R3 y R4 juntos constituyen una union de valencia o un biradical de la formula -C(R11)2-O-, en donde R11 es un grupo alquilo de C1-C4 recto o ramificado; el átomo C* tiene ya sea la configuracion R o 5; (ii) sujecion del compuesto formado a una reaccion de desproteccion/cierre de anillo; (iii) desproteccion opcional del grupo hidroxilo del producto de anillo cerrado; la invencion además se refiere a intermedios enantiomeros puros, a la preparacion de estos intermedios y a la preparacion de un compuesto de partida.
