Abstract

La presente invencion se relaciona con polipéptidos expresados y procesados en levaduras, un constructo de ADN que comprende una secuencia de ADN que codifica para un polipéptido que tiene la siguiente estructura de péptico de señal-proteína lider -X1-X2-X3-X4-X5-X6-X7- proteína heterologa, X1 es Lys o Arg, X2 es Lys o Arg; X1 y X2 juntas definen un sitio de procesamiento de la levadura; X3 es Glu o Asp; X4 es una secuencia de aminoácidos con la siguiente estructura (A-B)n en la cual A es Glu o Asp, B es Ala, Val, Leu o Pro, y n es 0 o un numero entero de 1 a 5, y en donde n > 2 cada A y B son las mismas o diferentes entre las otras A y B, o X4 es una secuencia de aminoácidos con la siguiente estructura (C)m en la cual C es Glu o Asp, y m es 0 o un numero entero de 1 a 5; X5 es un enlace peptidico o es uno o más aminoácidos que pueden ser el mismo o diferente; X6 es un enlace peptídico o un aminoácido residual seleccionado del grupo que consiste de Pro, Asp, Thr, Ser, Glu, Ala y Gly; y X7 es Lys o Arg.
