Claims (1)

  1. Описан слитой белок, не встречающийся в природе, и содержащий удлиняющий пептидный фрагмент, который своим С-концом ковалентно связан с N-концом биологически активного фрагмента белка. Указанный удлиняющий фрагмент белка может быть удален посредством DPP IV-расщепления. Раскрывается также использование слитых белков, содержащих DPP IV-отщепляемые удлиняющие пептидные фрагменты, для изготовления лекарственных препаратов. Предлагается также способ выделения нужных белков из смеси, содержащей указанный слитой белок.
