Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un método para medir una actividad electroquímica de una capa líquida no metálica que se encuentra sobre un baño fundido por medio de una celda de medicion con un elemento electroquímico que tiene una parte activa y con un contraelectrodo. La invencion se refiere también a una celda de medicion para medir una actividad electroquímica. A fin de lograr resultados de medicion exactos de una actividad electroquímica con el consumo mínimo posible, se sumerge la celda de medicion a través de la capa líquida no metálica en un baño fundido, estando rodeada la parte activa del elemento electroquímico por una capa líquida no metálica del material de esta capa en la insercion, conteniéndose este material en el elemento electroquímico hasta después de medir la actividad electroquímica y llevándose a cabo la medicion después de sumergir el elemento electroquímico en el metal fundido dentro del baño fundido. El elemento electroquímico está especialmente desarrollado para hacer posible que el material que ha de medirse se adhiera a él.
