Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the leak and loss of electric charge by setting a probe in the vicinity of a constant electric quantity pulse generator. CONSTITUTION:The probe 2 consisting of a sample electrode 8 made of the same material with a piping 6, an electrode couple 10 and a reference electrode 12 is fitted to a fitting hole liquid-tightly and removably. In the vicinity of the probe 2 the constant electric quantity pulse generator 14 and an operational amplifier 16 amplifying a polarization potential signal are arranged. According to an operation- processing indicating device 18, the constant-electricity pulse generator 14 gives a constant- electricity pulse of a prescribed quantity to the sample electrode 8. The electric charge of a prescribed quantity is absorbed by an electric double layer located on the interface between the surface of the sample electrode 8 and corrosive solution 4 flowing through the piping 6.
