Abstract

Se describe un nuevo proceso para preparar nicotinamida, en el cual en la primera etapa el 2-metil-1, 5-diaminopentano se convierte catalíticamente en 3-picolina, la 3-picolina se convierte vía una amonooxidacion en 3-cianopiridina y finalmente la 3-cianopiridina se convierte microbiologicamente en el producto final.
