Abstract

Esta invención se relaciona con derivados de benzofurano, con procesos para su preparación, con composiciones farmacéuticas que los contienen y con su uso médico, en particular con compuestos y composiciones de uso en el tratamiento de la migraña. En particular, la invención proporciona un compuesto de fórmula (I) en el que R1 es -CN2CONR3R4; R2 ES -CH2CH2NR5R6; R3 y R4, junto con el átomo de N al cual están unidos, forman un anillo saturado de 4 a 7 miembros de fórmula en el que Z es un grupo de fórmula -CR7R8-, -0- o -NR9; R5 y R6, los cuales pueden ser iguales o diferentes, son hidrógeno o alquilo de C1-3; R9 es -SO2R10, -COR10 o -COOR10; R10 es alquilo de C1-3; y sales y solvatos de los mismos farmacéuticamente aceptables.
