Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una estación o puesto de trabajo interfase o interfaz de usuario gráfica, para emplear con un controlador administrador, para controlar e implementar cambios a equipos telefónicos de sistemas de teléfonos con teclas para el cliente, servidos por un sistema de conmutación telefónica. La estación de trabajo registra representaciones gráficas de alta resolución de cada equipo telefónico en un sistema de teléfono de teclas del cliente y permite que un usuario cliente elija y exhiba una representación gráfica de alta resolución grabada de cada equipo de teléfono del sistema de teléfono de teclado de usuario cliente. La estación de trabajo es interactiva con el usuario cliente y permite que el usuario cliente selectivamente alimente cambios en números en líneas de teléfono, características y directorio en sitios de botón clave de una representación gráfica de equipo de teléfono exhibido. Los cambios de botón clave alimentados por usuario se convierten en instrucciones de programa y transmiten al controlador administrador, para controlar el sistema de conmutación de teléfono para asignar las líneas de teléfono, características y números de directorio selectas por tecla, que se alimentan en las representaciones de equipo telefónico de tecla exhibidas para equipos de teléfono correspondiente del sistema telefónico con teclas para el cliente.
