Abstract

Las presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo para la fabricación continua de espuma de poliuretano de material de loseta para descargar la mezcla de reacción de la cabeza de mezclado sobre el medio transportador. El dispositivo comprende además un tablero de arranque, un tablero de límite, medios para mover el tablero de arranque a lo largo del medio transportador en el inicio de una operación de producción de tal manera que obstruya la mezcla de reacción en movimiento para incrementar así la altura de la primera porción de la espuma producida, y medios para mover el tablero de límite en el extremo de una operación de producción de tal manera que empuje la mezcla de reacción de formación de espuma adelante para incrementar así la altura de la porción final. De esta manera, ningún operador tiene que entrar a la máquina de formación de espuma y los perfiles de inicio y fin de los bloques de espuma se optimizan.
