Abstract
La invención tiene como finalidad un hidrolizado de almidón hidrogenado, hipocariogénico. Este hidrolizado está caracterizado porque presenta un contenido de 0.1 a 19 en peso de sorbitol, un contenido de 35 a 87 en peso de maltitol, un contenido de 1 a 17 en peso de polisacáridos no hidrolizables mediante amiloglucosidasa en una prueba F, estando constituido el complemento hasta 100 por oligo y polisacáridos hidrogenados.
