Abstract

Se describen los nuevos derivados de vitamina D sustituidos con metilo en posición 20, y un procedimiento para su preparación. Los nuevos compuestos tienen frente al calcitriol una inducción muy mejorada de la diferenciación celular (HL-60) y son apropiados para la preparación de medicamentos.
