Abstract

Se da a conocer un método mejorado para preparar un ácido cítrico particulado o un metal alcalino o su sal de metal de tierra alcalina. El método incluye el ácido cítrico y a su sal granuladas por rocío de su caldo de fermentación granulado para formar gránulos que están fluyendo más libremente y están menos inclinados a la fractura que los ácidos cítico o sus sales preparadas por las técnicas de cristalización, cuyas propiedades produce el material preparado por el método adecuado de la presente para el manejo en volumen.
