Abstract

Se presentan composiciones de ácido cítrico o metal alcalino o sal metálica terrio alcalina en partículas preparadas por un método mejorado y también un método mejorado para preparar una composición de formador de detergente. El método para preparar ácido cítrico en partículas o sales del mismo incluye rociar ácido cítrico granulado o una sal del mismo desde su caldo de fermentación parcialmente purificado para formar gránulos que sean de un flujo más libre y menos inclinados a la fractura que el ácido cítrico o sus sales preparadas por técnicas de cristalización cuyas propiedades vuelven el material preparado por el método presente adecuado para manejarse en masa. Las mismas propiedades pueden impartirse a la composición formadora de detergente agregando formadores de detergente al cldo de fermentación purificado por introduciendo una solución formadora de detergente en un reactor de lecho fluidizado junto con partículas de sembrado apropiadas para formar gránulos que incluyen loks formadores de detergentes. Este método puede usarse ventajosamente para preparar el formador de detergente, el monosuccinato tartarico/el disuccinato tartárico, el cual es difícil de cristalizar en una forma granular seca.
