Claims (2)
- 2중 실관 반응기의 실관과 외관 사이에 아스퍼질러스 나이저 B 60을 접종한 후 실관 내부로 액체 배지를 주입하고 외관 외부로 산소를 공급하여 아스퍼질러스 나이저 B 60을 고농도로 배양하고 이어서 외관 외부로 산소를 공급하면서 실관 내부로 NH4NO3가 결핍된 상기 액체 배지를 공급하는 2중 실관 반응기에 의한 구연산의 연속생산방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 삼방밸브에 의하여 액체 배지의 공급 방향을 교대로 변경하여 반응기내 아스퍼질러스 나이저 B 60의 고농도를 균일하게 하는 2중 실관 반응기에 의한 구연산의 연속생산방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
