Claims (5)

  1. 인삼을 산, 알카리, 물 또는 효소로 가수분해한 후, pH를 2.7-7.0으로 조절하고 알콜발효균주를 가하고 알콜발효시킨 다음, 통상의 방법으로 여과 및/또는 증류하여 인삼 발효주를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에서 가수분해 전에 전분을 더 가하고 발효시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항에서 가수분해 후 단당류나 이당류를 더 가하고 알콜 발효시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항에서 알콜발효전 또는 후에 호프를 가하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에서 발효 후 탄산가스를 충진하는 방법.
