Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para cultivar uno o más microorganismos. El método incluye cultivar uno o más microorganismos en un medio que comprende glicerol crudo a un primer nivel de concentración, alimentar al medio con una cantidad adicional de glicerol crudo, una vez que la primera concentración de glicerol se reduce a un primer nivel umbral, a una concentración suficiente para alcanzar el primer nivel de concentración, monitorear la concentración de glicerol crudo hasta que el primer nivel de concentración de glicerol crudo se reduce al primer nivel de umbral.
