Abstract
Se proporcionan métodos y composiciones para realizar una o más modificaciones genéticas dirigidas en un locus genómico objetivo dentro de una célula y para producir animales no humanos que comprenden el locus genómico modificado. Los métodos emplean dos o más vectores dirigidos grandes que son capaces de recombinarse entre sí y con el locus genómico objetivo en una única etapa de direccionamiento genómico.
