Abstract
Esta lámina fuerte de soldadura de aleación de aluminio para un intercambiador de calor se caracteriza por comprender un material de cuatro capas en el que una capa de relleno de soldadura fuerte, una capa intermedia, un material de núcleo y una capa de relleno de soldadura interna están revestidas y laminadas, en donde: la capa intermedia está compuesta de una aleación de aluminio que contiene 0.2-0.35% en masa de Mn (excluido 0.35), como máximo 0.6% en masa de Si, como máximo 0.7% en masa de Fe, como máximo 0.1% en masa de Cu, y el resto comprende Al e impurezas inevitables; el material del núcleo está compuesto por una aleación de aluminio que contiene como máximo 1.2% en masa de Si, como máximo 1.0% en masa de Fe, 0.3-1.0% en masa de Cu, 0.5-2.0% en masa de Mn, y el resto comprende Al e impurezas inevitables; y la capa de relleno de soldadura fuerte del lado del aire y la capa de relleno de soldadura fuerte interna están compuestas de una aleación de aluminio que contiene 4-13% en masa de Si, y el resto comprende Al e impurezas inevitables. La presente invención puede proporcionar una lámina de soldadura fuerte de aleación de aluminio para producir un miembro de un intercambiador de calor con excelente resistencia a la corrosión.
