Abstract
é proporcionado um material revestido de liga de alumínio para um trocador de calor, o material tendo propriedades de brasagem superiores e resistência à corrosão da superfície externa de modo a ser adequado para uso como um material de tubo ou um material de tanque ou coletor em um trocador de calor de liga de alumínio fabricado por brasagem. a presente invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que: uma superfície de um material de núcleo, que é composta de uma liga de alumínio incluindo 0,5 a 1,8% de mn, e ambos ou mais de 0,05% e menos que 0,2% de cu e 0,05-0,30% de ti, e compreendendo o restante de a1 e impurezas inevitáveis, é revestida com um material de revestimento 1 que é composto de uma liga de alumínio que inclui 3-10% de si, 1-10% de zn, e compreendendo o restante de a1 e impurezas inevitáveis; e a outra superfície do material de núcleo é revestido com o material de revestimento 2 que é composto de uma liga de alumínio incluindo 3 a 13% de si, limitada a 0,05% ou menos e cu, e compreendendo o restante de a1 e impurezas inevitáveis, para desse modo formar uma material revestido de três camadas, em que quando a quantidade de si no material de revestimento 1 é x (%) e a quantidade de si no material de revestimento 2 é y (%), o valor de (yx) é -1,5-9%, e o material de revestimento 1 é usado no lado de ar.
