Claims (8)
1.Композиция на основе силицида молибдена, включающая Al2O3 и от 1 до 7 масс.% бентонита и Mo1-xCrxSi2 в качестве оставшейся части, где x составляет 0,05-0,25, отличающаяся тем, что Al2O3 присутствует в количестве от 0,01 до 0,06 масс.%.
2. Композиция по п.1, в которой бентонит присутствует в количестве от 2 до 6 масс.%.
3. Композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой бентонит присутствует в количестве от 2 до 5 масс.%.
4. Композиция по п.1, в которой x составляет 0,10-0,20.
5. Композиция по п.4, в которой x составляет 0,15-0,20.
6. Композиция по п.1, в которой Al2O3 находится в количестве от 0,02 до 0,05 масс.%,
7. Нагревательный элемент, содержащий спеченное соединение на основе силицида молибдена, полученный из композиции на основе силицида молибдена по любому из пп.1-6.
8. Печь, включающая объект, содержащий спеченное соединение на основе силицида молибдена, полученный из композиции на основе силицида молибдена по любому из пп.1-6.
