Abstract

Una lámina de acero químicamente convertida con una película de revestimiento químicamente convertida se hace revistiendo una lámina de acero enchapada a base de Zn con una solución de tratamiento de conversión química y secando la misma. La película de revestimiento químicamente convertida está constituida por una primera capa químicamente convertida que incluye V, Mo, y P, y una segunda capa químicamente convertida provista en tal capa e incluyendo una sal ácida de oxígeno de un metal del Grupo 4A, y la proporción del V pentavalente para todos los V en la película de revestimiento químicamente convertida es de 0.7 o mayor. La solución de tratamiento de conversión química incluye proporciones específicas de V, Mo, una amina, la sal ácida de oxígeno de metal del Grupo 4A, y P, y sustancialmente no incluye resinas hidrófilas, flúor, o silicón.
