Abstract
La presente invención es concerniente con un método para la manufactura de una membrana para filtrar un fluido, tal membrana comprende: un sustrato que tiene una estructura tridimensional y que consiste de un cuerpo poroso de cerámica de una pieza y por lo menos una capa de separación por filtración que tiene una porosidad que es menor que aquella del sustrato, en, el cual la estructura tridimensional del sustrato es producida mediante formación de capas elementales que son apiladas y conectadas en serie entre sí, al repetir las siguientes etapas: a) depositar un lecho continuo de polvo que consiste por lo menos parcialmente de un polvo destinado a formar el cuerpo poroso de cerámica, el lecho tiene un espesor constante a través de un área superficial mayor que la sección del cuerpo poroso medida en la capa; b) consolidar localmente, de acuerdo con un patrón determinado para cada capa, parte del material depositado, tal como para crear la capa elemental y simultáneamente enlazar la capa elemental así formada con la capa precedente para hacer crecer gradualmente la forma tridimensional deseada. La invención también es concerniente con membranas obtenidas mediante tal método.
