Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo elevador adecuado para una estación de mecanizado industrial, en particular una plataforma elevadora adecuada para el transporte de un casco en la producción en serie de automóviles, estando diseñado el dispositivo elevador para transportar una pieza de trabajo sobre un bastidor superior (8) que se ha movido en una dirección puramente vertical. En este sentido el dispositivo elevador presenta al menos un mecanismo de biela-manivela isósceles (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) accionado con un elemento de accionamiento a motor (13+6, 7, 9, 12) como primera guía vertical. En este sentido el mecanismo de biela-manivela isósceles compuesto por un brazo oscilante de cojinete fijo (6) con su cojinete de brazo oscilante (4), una biela (3) con su guía de biela (5), una articulación central de biela (2) y una articulación de cojinete fijo (1) unida con el bastidor superior (8) está configurado de tal manera que este se mueve a través del accionamiento de la barra de tracción (9) que actúa en el brazo oscilante de cojinete fijo (6). En particular mediante la utilización de un mecanismo de biela-manivela isósceles, que en la bibliografía especializada se conoce también como ``mecanismo de Scott-Russel´´, resulta una variante efectiva y sencilla de un sistema de guiado vertical, que posibilita alturas de construcción reducidas con un gasto de producción mínimo.
