Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con el campo del tratamiento de aguas/recuperación de metales y con materiales/dispositivos útiles en estos procesos. Específicamente, la invención proporciona materiales compuestos que comprenden fibras amieloideas; carbón activado; opcionalmente un material de soporte; con el cual las fibras amieloideas y el carbón activado están en contacto directo. La invención proporciona además el tratamiento de aguas utilizando estos materiales compuestos.
