Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método o un sistema para analizar una sustancia (100). El método comprende las siguientes etapas: disponer un medio óptico (10) sobre una superficie de sustancia, de manera que al menos una parte de la superficie (12) del medio óptico (10) esté en contacto con la superficie de la sustancia; emitir un haz de luz de excitación con una longitud de onda de excitación a través de la región de la superficie (12) del medio óptico (10) en contacto con la superficie de la sustancia sobre la superficie de la sustancia; emitir un haz de luz de sonda a través del medio óptico (10) sobre la región de la superficie (12) del medio óptico (10) que está en contacto directo con la superficie de la sustancia, de tal manera que el haz de luz de sonda y el haz de luz de excitación se superpone en una interfaz del medio óptico (10) y la superficie de sustancia en la cual se refleja el haz de luz de sonda; detectar directa o indirectamente una deflexión del haz de luz de sonda reflejada en función de la longitud de onda del haz de excitación; y analizar la sustancia (100) con base en la deflexión detectada del haz de Luz de sonda en función de la longitud de onda del haz de luz de excitación.
