Abstract
Una estación de grabado en relieve de una etapa continua comprendida de dos (2) rodillos de grabado en relieve con temperatura controlada que se localiza después del troquel de extrusión en el proceso de fabricación para paneles de vidrio laminados de múltiples capas y permite un grabado en relieve simultáneo doble de ambos lados de una lámina de polímero fundido y produce una lámina de capa intermedia de polímero con permanencia incrementada, valores de retención de grabado en relieve e incidencia disminuida de valores de moteado y fuerza de desprendimiento de adhesión de apilado. También se divulga en la presente una lámina de capa intermedia de polímero grabada en relieve con un primer lado, un segundo lado y una superficie grabada en relieve sobre por lo menos uno de los lados, con una rugosidad superficial Rz de 10 a 90 micras sobre la superficie grabada en relieve, una permanencia de mayor que 95% cuando se prueba a 100°C durante cinco (5) minutos y una retención de la superficie grabada en relieve de mayor que 70% cuando se prueba a 140°C durante cinco (5) minutos.
