卡牌,通过硬纸或者塑料制成的纸牌类物品,通过其上面设置的图案、数字等,使其赋予特殊的含义,可以制成益智小游戏卡牌、学习卡牌等,对人们的学习、娱乐起到促进的作用,同时可以制作成为指示性的卡牌,在一些场所对前行的道路或者即将进入的场所进行指示性的说明,给人们的出行带来便利。
现有的卡牌在使用过程中,上面的油墨在使用过程中易于脱落,使得使用寿命较短,而且现有的塑料卡牌外观较差,没有光泽,美观度不足,不能够吸引人们进行购买。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种水晶塑料透明卡牌及其制备方法,解决了油墨易于掉落、美观度不足的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种水晶塑料透明卡牌,包括PVC树脂、稳定剂、填料、抗氧剂、聚丙烯酸酯。
所述水晶透明卡牌按照重量份计:PVC树脂10~20份、聚丙烯酸酯10~15份、稳定剂3~5份、填料6~8份、抗氧剂1~5份,且通过热熔进行融合,形成透明塑料板材。
一种水晶塑料透明卡牌的印刷方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.板材处理:将透明PVC板的表面进行处理,消除表面静电,通过加湿或者离子棒中和,对静电进行消除;
S2.板材打底处理:将处理后的PVC板放置于UV印刷机上,对PVC板的两面进行印刷打底涂层,带有粘性,方便后续进行加工;
S3.板材阻光处理:将打底涂料处理完成后,对处理后的白菜进行涂抹阻光层,使板材上下两面不透光,进行反光,更有光泽度,且能够防止看透底牌;
S4.拓白处理:将阻光处理后的板材一面进行拓白,形成卡牌的底色与牌面,形成整套的卡牌图案;
S5.进行彩印:将处理后的板材,进行彩印,对其两面按照既定的图案与色彩进行印刷,形成卡牌牌面;
S6.进行上光:利用UV印刷机上的光油红外线进行上光,使卡牌的表面光亮;
S7.裁剪:将完成后的PVC板进行裁剪,裁剪成卡牌坯件;
S8.打磨:在模切机上对裁剪后的卡牌进行磨边加工,使卡牌的尺寸规格符合标准,同时使锋利的边缘进行圆滑处理,防止使用过程割伤人手。
优选的,所述打底、阻光、拓白、彩印、上光工序菌通过UV印刷机进行加工,所述阻光采用阻光涂层,所述阻光涂层包括树脂、粘合剂、炭黑、润滑剂。
优选的,所述上光采用脲醛树脂,所述脲醛树脂的内部含有消泡剂、表面活性剂、流平助剂。
