Abstract
Ламинационная станция для ламинирования пленки (120) на полотно картона (110) включает прижимной вал (150) и охлаждающий вал (160). Между этими валами (150, 160) образована зона контакта, которая прижимает друг к другу пленку (120) и полотно картона (110) с промежуточным слоем (130) расплавленного полимера или адгезивного слоя, расположенного между пленкой (120) и полотном картона (110). Пленка, бумага и расплавленный полимер лежат, после зоны контакта, с прилеганием к охлаждающему валу в некотором угловом интервале. Согласно изобретению прижимной вал (150) является прижимным валом башмачного типа, который содержит прижимную балку, имеет несколько прижимных элементов с гидравлическим приводом, или содержит одну или несколько твердых прижимных балок.
